‘Molly Wobbly’ – The Comedy Musical
by Paul Boyd

At The Phoenix Artist Club
From Monday 10th March 2014

In September 2013, just hours before the first show of this musical was due to take place at London’s Hackney Empire, the producers announced that due to unforeseen circumstances the run had been cancelled.
“It is with a sad heart we have to announce Molly Wobbly’s Tit Factory’s Hackney Empire run has been cancelled. The show was an independent production in a commercial market. A financial backer pulled a considerable funding at the last minute, leaving no cash flow for the show to continue as it was. The fight continued to salvage the show but to no avail. This is however not the end of the show. No one involved has left this production with any animosity or doubt that we fought and hard. We will do everything in our power to make this happen in the future. Fight for what you believe.”

Producer Jamie Chapman-Dixon is now bringing this show to life as a staged concert of the hit show.
