Steaming, Stretching, Deep heat, Tiger balm and Olbus oil.

There was a time where I completley forgot my lines and called Princess Fiona King instead of Queen.

What is your favourite song in Shrek the Musical?

Duloc – there isn’t another song like it in the whole of the West End!!

Apart from the show you are in, what current West End show would you love to work on?

I’d love to work at the National Theatre.

What West End show would you like to see make a comeback?

The Hired Man by Melvyn Bragg and Howard Goodall.

Wicked, and I thought it was!
