Did you see EVERYBODY’S TALKING ABOUT JAMIE perform on BBC Children In Need?

On Friday night, the cast of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie performed on BBC Children In Need, helping to raise money for projects in the UK which focus on children and young people who are disadvantaged. Children In Need support small and large organisations which empower children and extend their life choices.

This year, in just one night, Children In Need raised over £50 million for the charity, breaking all records that came before it.

Alternate ‘Jamie’ Luke Bayer performed on the show with the cast of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, including Ru Paul’s Drag Race star Michelle Visage who is starring in the West End production until January 2019.

It’s not too late to donate either. If you want to support this charity you can visit https://mydonatetelethonsappeals.bt.com/donate/cin2018/index.html and make a donation today!

But first, why not watch the performance from Friday night …

Inspired by a true story, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie is the new hit musical for today.

Jamie New is sixteen and lives on a council estate in Sheffield. Jamie doesn’t quite fit in.
Jamie is terrified about the future. He is going to be a sensation.

Supported by his brilliant loving mum and surrounded by his friends, Jamie overcomes prejudice, beats the bullies and steps out of the darkness, into the spotlight.

A few weeks ago, I saw down with the new ‘Jamie’ alternate Luke Bayer to chat about the show. Take a look at the video below and then book your tickets to see him perform on Monday evenings and Wednesday matinees.
